PSY | What Does It Mean to Lead Agile and Non-Agile Teams at the Same Time?
On 29 May 2026, psychology students in our international Bachelor Programme explored this question with Valentin Winger, Head of the Division for Process & Efficiency Management at Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien, who joined SFU doctoral researcher Lola Koller’s seminar Leadership & Team Dynamics as a guest speaker.
Valentin Winger shared a practitioner perspective on key leadership questions:
- How do leaders guide teams through agile transformation?
- How can they ensure that decisions are made by the people with the relevant expertise at the right time?
- And what qualities are essential for leaders navigating complex transformations?
Through his talk and the open Q&A, our students gained a firsthand understanding of how leadership theory translates into organizational practice.

About Lola Koller
Lola Koller is a business psychologist, lecturer, and doctoral researcher at Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna, working within the team of Prof. Dr. Tarek El Sehity. Her research focuses on family dynamics in business families, with a focus on intergenerational relationships, family functioning, and the role of in-laws. For her research, she received the EQUA Award at FIFU, Conference of German-speaking Research Centers and Institutes for Family Businesses. At SFU, she teaches Leadership & Team Dynamics and Introduction to Business & Economic Psychology. Her teaching philosophy centers on integrating scientific foundations with applied competence development.
Beyond academia, Lola Koller is part of the team of Agile Coaches at Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien. This dual role shapes her commitment to meaningful knowledge transfer between university and professional contexts

Valentin Winger is Head of the Division for Process & Efficiency Management at Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien, with over 20 years of experience across banking, transformation, and organizational development.
He holds a degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen and has held senior leadership roles across the Raiffeisen Group, including Head of Group Regulatory Transformation at Raiffeisen Bank International and Senior Transformation Manager at Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich. His professional background spans capital markets, investment banking, M&A, and strategic transformation.
